As a child, I was playing games on 4399 at my brother’s house when I accidentally pressed F12. Could all that confusing-looking code really be what made these games? Back then we had a bulky CRT monitor and connected to the internet through a dial-up modem. I first learned programming in a college course called Web Design and Development. I seemed to have a knack for it, and “web frontend developer” sounded like a pretty cool job, so I decided to pursue it.
